Coaching
For the moments when you’re ready to move forward.
Not every challenge requires therapy. Sometimes you simply need the space to think clearly, make confident decisions and navigate an important transition with the support of someone who will both challenge and encourage you.
Coaching offers a structured, forward-facing space to help you gain clarity, build confidence and create change.
Is Coaching Right for Me?
Coaching is designed for people who are functioning well but feel ready for something to change.
You might be:
Navigating a career or leadership transition.
Returning to work after parental leave.
Facing a significant life decision.
Building confidence or overcoming self-doubt.
Feeling stuck or uncertain about what’s next.
Looking for greater balance between work, relationships and family life.
Stepping into a new role or chapter of life.
Ready to make a change but unsure where to begin.
You don’t have to be on the brink of separation to benefit from therapy. Many couples come because they want to invest in their relationship before difficulties become more deeply established.
My approach
My coaching brings together more than twenty years of experience in leadership, strategy and organisational development with my training as an Integrative Psychotherapist and ICF Accredited Coach.
Coaching and therapy are very different entities and kept separate within my practise. I am able to help you define clear goals, take action whilst also understanding the beliefs, emotions and relationship patterns that often influence our decisions.
My role isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do. It’s to ask thoughtful questions, offer challenge where it’s helpful and create the space for you to find solutions that feel right for you.
Every coaching relationship is different, so sessions are tailored to your goals, your pace and what you want to achieve.
Coaching or Therapy?
People often ask which is the right place to start.
Therapy is often the better choice if you’re looking to understand yourself more deeply, process difficult experiences, improve your emotional wellbeing or work through patterns rooted in the past.
Coaching is usually more appropriate when your focus is on the future, clarifying goals, making decisions, navigating change or unlocking your potential.
Sometimes the distinction isn’t obvious, and that’s completely normal. During an initial consultation, we can explore what’s bringing you here and decide together which approach is likely to be the most helpful.
